When using the FleetSeek Site you agree not to:
- Restrict or inhibit any
other visitor or subscriber from using the Site, including, without limitation,
by means of "hacking" or "cracking" or defacing any portion of the Site;
- Use the Site for any unlawful
purpose;
- Transmit (a) any consent
or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, abusive,
libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes on FleetSeek Corp.
or any third party's intellectual property or other rights; (b) any material,
non-public information about companies without the authorization to do so; (c)
any trade secret of any third party; or (d) any advertisements, solicitations,
chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities, or other unsolicited
commercial communication (except as otherwise expressly permitted by FleetSeek Corp.);
- Engage in spamming or flooding;
- Transmit any software or
other materials that contain any virus, worm, time bomb, Trojan horse, or other
harmful or disruptive component;
- Modify, adapt, sublicense,
translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the
Site;
- Remove any copyright, trademark,
or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site;
- Frame or "mirror"
any part of the Site without prior written permission from FleetSeek Corp.;
- Use any robot, spider,
site search/retreival Application, or other manual or automatic device or process
to retrieve, index, "data mine," or in any way reproduce or circumvent
the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or its contents;
- Harvest or collect information
about Site visitors or subscribers without their express consent; or
- Permit anyone else whose
account or subscription was either not established or was terminated to use any
of the Site through a user's subscription, username or password.
You agree to the FleetSeek Refund Policy
For View and Print Subscriptions: Refunds will be prorated based on the number of months the database is available to you for your use. If this time period extends a few days into a new month, that new month will be counted as a full month. “Month” as used in this context means a 30 day period beginning the day your password is transmitted to you via email, and need not coincide whatsoever with the beginning and ending days of any calendar month.
For Subscriptions with Download: The refund policy as stated above will apply to subscriptions with download provided that no download has been performed when the refund request is made and until the subscription has been nullified by invalidating all related passwords allowing access. However, if a download has been performed by you or anyone else related to or part of your FleetSeek subscription group, no refund will be provided. This no refund policy applies regardless of whether the whole file or any part of the file was downloaded.
Exchanges: Exchanges are not considered, literally, refunds and purchases, and therefore may be exempted from the above stated refund rules. Each exchange situation is different and must be discussed with a FleetSeek Account Representative.
